PET POLICY
For pets
Only for small pets – Under 10 kg. Please inform us if it is over 10 kg, so that it can be evaluated on an individual basis.
✓ Be fully trained and properly restrained by the guest with a collar.
✓ Be restrained with a collar in public areas outside the room
✓ Do not leave it unattended.
✓ With the exception of our lobby, entry to the breakfast room is not allowed
For guests
✓ are responsible for cleaning up pet waste both in the areas around the hotel and in the neighborhood.
✓ Barking should be controlled to ensure quiet and non-disruptive to other guests.
✓ Please contact the reception to arrange a room cleaning time.
✓ They are responsible for all property damage and/or bodily harm resulting from their pet.
✓ They agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from any liability and damage suffered as a result of the pet.
For the hotel
✓ Reserves the right to charge the guest’s account according to the cost of the damages.
✓ Reserves the right to evict the guest and the pet if the hotel’s policy is not followed.
Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always welcome.
